It is Thanksgiving here in the U.S.. I really do have so much to be thankful for. This includes all of you who take time out of your busy schedule to join in here and participate.

Let me be the first to say thanks to you, and a happy happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! You inspired me with the other day’s posting, of what to drink today. And being so far away, in Norway, and missing such a wonderful and special holiday, I’ve decided to open, or have my sweet fiancé open for me, a Vintage Bourbon Company 17y! And now also enjoying a 1792 Ridgemont Reserve, which is actually hers, and her favorite! Funny that Evan who has bottled the 17y Vintage Bourbon is actually Norwegian! I wish you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving full of love, happiness, great food and great whisk(e)y!!!
